We have spent our entire lives around dogs. Our dogs are like our children. They are with us all the time camping, hiking, running, and XC skiing. In addition to breeding poodles, Liz is also a highly regarded Certified Professional Dog Trainer specializing in positive, force-free training for kids and families as well as service dog and therapy dog training. 

 

As a breeder, we know it's our job to earn your trust. Here are some of the reasons we are a preferred breeder! 

 

— We breed poodles for only one reason — love. We want to share with you and your family all the love and joy that our poodles have brought us.

— Our puppies are born and raised on a 32-acre property in the Colorado mountains, where they enjoy lots of sunshine, pine trees, and fresh air.

— Our puppies get lots of socialization training, with children, other dogs, even chickens!

​

— Liz is an experienced dog trainer, so your puppy will start to learn the basics while he is still with us. And you will get lots of tips and advice from us on how to train your new pup. We also follow an extensive socialization protocol to ensure that your pup is confident and well-rounded from the time you bring him home!

__ We do a program with our puppies called Puppy Culture. It is an extensive socialization program that provides day-by-day socialization training for puppies to help them grow into wonderful dogs. — We pride ourselves on excellent, frequent communication with all our puppy families.  When the puppies are born, you will receive an e-mail within minutes of the first pup’s arrival.  You will continue to hear from us at least three times a week or more until it’s time to come get your pup.  You will get lots of pictures, updates on each pup’s personality, and videos of the pups playing together.  We also send out a series of e-mails to help you get ready for your new pup, including things like training tips, food choices, dog psychology, and more.

__ We do genetic testing on our dogs to ensure you are getting the most healthy puppy possible! 

​

— When it comes time to select your pup, we invite you to come visit as many times as you want.  And, we also love to do Skype and FaceTime calls as often as you like so you can get to know the pups really well.

 

— We give our puppies lots of opportunities to get used to those “scary” things like vacuum cleaners, hair clippers, and other loud noises. That way, they learn at an early age not to be afraid.

 

— We start house-training your puppy as soon as he can walk so when you come to pick him up, so you won’t be starting from scratch.

 

— We proudly support our local Humane Society.  Each year we donate close to $2000 to help dogs find their “forever” homes.  If you would like a portion of your purchase price to go to the Humane Society or shelter in your area, just let us know.

 

— We are a “forever” breeder.  We are available any time to answer your questions about training, grooming, and health.  And if you just want to call and tell us a story about something hilarious that your dog did, that’s fine too!

 

— Each of our puppies gets 11 kisses at bedtime every night!

 

---During the summer, we operate a children’s day camp, so all our dogs and puppies get lots of exposure to children.
